❖ These rates are valid only for Dallas Metroplex area. Rates outside of Dallas, TX can vary.
1. Cancellation and Postponement: If the client cancels the event a cancellation fee will be charged. If the client postpones the event, the photographer should receive a new contract with the new event date, where rates and/or any other terms can be updated.
2. Failure to Perform: If the photographer cannot perform the services mentioned in the contract due to any unavoidable circumstances such as extreme illness, accident, natural disaster or death the photographer should return all money paid unless he could provide a substitute photographer.
3. Exclusivity: The photographer should be the only professional photographer who covers the event. Family and friends are allowed to take photos as long as it does not interfere with the time and space constraints of the photographer.

A moderate list of formal family group photos will be used. The client should also understand that the photographer is under many restrictions due to various aspects such as the location, lighting, weather, venue policies and timing that will affect the overall photographic coverage.
5. Photographic Products and Delivery: The photographer is not bound to release each and every frame or image captured from the photographic coverage. The client should understand that the photographer will provide only the best set of images from the coverage.
6. Copyright, Reproduction, and Distribution: If the client purchases or receives the digital files from the photographer he/she should understand that the legal copyright remains with the photographer. The client should not sell, publish or distribute without the written consent of the photographer.
